What happens to your bet if it drops out
This is the question that actually worries people, and the answer is reassuring. A slot round is settled on the game provider's server the instant you press spin — your browser is only drawing the animation. If the connection dies halfway through the reels, the result already exists. Log back in and your balance will reflect it.
Live dealer is the same in practice: the physical round plays out at the table and is settled against your seat whether or not you are watching. Fixes by symptom
Works on your phone, not your laptop
Your home network. Change DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, or reboot the router. Some Australian ISPs resolve gambling domains inconsistently and a DNS change fixes it outright.
Works in a private window, not normally
A cached asset or an extension. Clear site data for the domain and disable ad blockers on it — blockers are the usual culprit behind a game that will not launch.
One game is broken, everything else is fine
That provider, not the casino. Nothing to fix at your end; it will come back after their maintenance window.
Site loads but you cannot log in
Check for an account message before resetting anything — a verification hold or a responsible-gambling limit blocks login and looks like an outage.
The 60-second diagnostic
