About This Site
An independent guide to BitStarz for Australian players — written by one person, checked against the live cashier, and dated so you can tell how fresh it is.
What this site covers
Everything here is written for Australian players, in Australian dollars, against the rules that actually apply here — the 2024 credit-card ban, the disappearance of POLi, PayID as the practical default, and the fact that no online casino holds an Australian licence.
The pages are deliberately narrow. Rather than one enormous review, each answers a single question properly:
Payment methods
Every rail in and out, with limits and fees
Withdrawal times
Where the hours go on a payout
Minimum deposit
The floor, and what each amount unlocks
Sister sites
Verifying a licence rather than trusting a list

The author
Rachel Green
Casino Payments Editor, Independent Gaming Reviews · writing about gambling payments since 2014
Rachel came to iGaming sideways, from payments rather than from gambling — five years on the merchant side of card processing before she started writing about why casino deposits fail. That background is why these pages spend more time on settlement cycles and bank blocks than on game reviews: the questions Australian players actually get stuck on are almost always payment questions wearing a casino costume.
She runs her own accounts, funds them with her own money, and cashes out on each rail before writing about it. Where a quoted time comes from a measurement it says so; where it comes from the operator's own terms, it says that too.
One author, one site. Every page here carries her byline above the footer along with the publication date and the date it was last checked. If a page has no check date, treat it as unverified — that is the whole point of putting them there.
How we verify things
Limits and fees
Read off the live cashier with an account open, not from a press release. Where the cashier and the terms disagree, we say which is which rather than picking the friendlier number.
Payout times
Measured on real withdrawals, timed from approval. Marketing copy that says "instant" gets the measured figure printed next to it.
Licensing
Checked against the regulator's own register, never against another affiliate site. The method is written out in full on the sister sites page so you can repeat it.
Bonus terms
Wagering, caps and expiry come from the terms attached to the offer. Headline numbers without the wagering next to them are marketing, not information.
Dates and corrections
Every page shows two dates: when it was published and when it was last checked. They are separate on purpose. A page written in June and verified in August is more useful than one rewritten last week from someone else's copy, and the dates let you tell the difference.
Casino terms change without notice and offers get pulled at short notice, so treat any figure older than a month as a strong hint rather than a guarantee, and check the cashier before you act on it. When we find something wrong we correct the page and move the check date; we do not quietly edit a number and leave the old date sitting there.
How this site is funded
Through affiliate commission. If you open an account using a link here, we may be paid for the referral, at no cost to you. That is worth knowing when you read anything on a site like this one — including this one. What it does not buy is a different set of numbers: the limits, times and terms published here are what we found, and an unflattering finding stays on the page. We are not operated by, owned by or speaking for BitStarz.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment with a cost attached, not a way to make money, and the maths is against you over time. Set a deposit limit before you need one, treat the money as spent the moment it goes in, and never chase a loss.
